By accessing eonfy.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. EONFY ("we", "us") may revise these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
02The Eonfy network
The Site is the parent-brand home of seven separate web properties: BrainWave Post, NeoBriefing, EnglishChair, 007007009, Kerala PYQ World, ADHDW and OpenStudy. Each frontier site is operated independently and may publish its own terms, which govern your use of that site. These terms govern eonfy.com only.
03Permitted use
You may browse, read, link to and fairly quote the Site. You agree not to:
- disrupt, probe or overload the Site or its infrastructure;
- misrepresent an affiliation with EONFY or any frontier brand;
- scrape content for republication that substitutes for the original;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Site content, brand names and logos are © EONFY and/or their respective owners — see our copyright notice. As stated in the Site's source, the underlying code patterns are MIT-licensed; the content and brand assets are not.
05No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Content is general information, not professional advice; see our disclaimer.
06Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EONFY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any linked site.

08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kochi, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site, subject to applicable law.
